Planner is for one event of your own: unlimited guests and tables, no watermark. PlanSeats Pro is for people who run events for clients: unlimited events, a team with seats, a library of venues and room templates, and a handoff that lets each couple edit only what you allow.

Planner is $8.99 a month. Pro is $39.99 a month or $290 a year, with one seat included and $14.99 a month per extra teammate. A couple your Pro account invites needs no plan of their own.
