How do I change how many seats a table has?

Select the table and use More seats and Fewer seats in its panel. Taking a seat away unseats the guest who was on it and tells you who, so nobody disappears quietly. A round table holds at least 4, a banquet 6, a plain rectangle 2.

The seats spread themselves around the table as the count changes; guests keep their seat numbers unless their seat is the one removed.
