Seating chart signs
Our seating chart signs are custom-made products personalized with your guest list and event details. Because each sign is created specifically for you, our refund policy varies depending on where your order is in the production process.
If your sign arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will replace your sign at no additional cost or issue a full refund.
We send a proof for your approval before printing. Please review it carefully. Once you approve the proof, we print exactly what was approved. If there's an error that was present in your approved proof, we cannot offer a refund or reprint.
If there's an error that was not in your approved proof (i.e., a printing or production error on our end), we will reprint and ship a corrected sign at no charge.
