How do I invite my wedding planner or coordinator?

The same way as a partner: open Share, choose Invite, and enter their email with the editor role. If your planner uses PlanSeats Pro, ask them to invite you to your event instead; then you work under their plan and need none of your own.

A planner who invites you through Pro decides what you can change: seating only, table labels and sizes, or the whole layout. Either way you both see the same chart, live.
