How do I invite my partner so we can both edit?

Open Share, choose Invite, and enter their email. They accept from the email, sign in, and the chart appears under Shared with me. Both of you can edit at once, and changes sync live between you.

Invite with the editor role to let someone change the chart, or viewer to let them look. You can remove a collaborator, or leave a chart you were invited to, from the same panel.

The same invitation works for a wedding planner or coordinator. A planner on PlanSeats Pro can also invite you to an event they set up, in which case the caps of their plan apply and you need none of your own.
