I never got the confirmation email. What do I do?

Give it a few minutes, then check spam, junk and promotions folders for a message from PlanSeats. If there is still nothing after fifteen minutes, sign up again with the same address, or use Google or Apple with that address, which needs no confirmation.

Most missing confirmations are a typo in the address. If yours was wrong, sign up again with the right one; the first attempt never becomes an account.

Still stuck? Email support@planseats.com from the address you signed up with and we confirm it by hand.
