Where do I go for help if my question is not here?

Use the search box at the top of this help center first. If nothing answers it, choose Send feedback in the app, which sends us your message with the page you were on, or email support@planseats.com. We reply within a working day.

Send feedback is in the editor’s left panel. Attaching the page you were on is what lets us see what you saw, so it is the faster route for anything that looks wrong.
