How do I switch between a couple’s account and a planner’s account?
To become a planner, open pro.planseats.com and start PlanSeats Pro; the events you already made come with you. To go the other way, email support@planseats.com and we switch the account, keeping every event.
The choice at sign-up only decides which screen you land on first. It does not lock anything, and both kinds of account use the same sign-in.
