How do I cancel my subscription?
Open your billing page and choose Cancel plan. You keep everything until the end of the period you have paid for, and you can choose Resume at any time before then to keep the plan going.
The billing page is under your account menu. Cancelling stops the next charge; it does not delete your event, your guests or your chart. What happens after the paid period is in What happens to my seating chart if my plan ends?
A one-time Planner purchase has nothing to cancel.
