What happens to my seating chart if my plan ends?

You keep it. Every guest, table and floor plan stays as it was and stays yours to open, share and export. The free plan’s caps apply again, so you cannot add beyond 20 guests or 4 tables until you upgrade again, but nothing is removed.

Your account and your events stay in PlanSeats until you delete them; there is no expiry. Upgrading again lifts the caps the moment checkout completes.
