What is an event in Pro, and how does it hold several floor plans?

An event is one client’s occasion, the wedding, and inside it you keep as many floor plans as the day needs: a reception, a ceremony, a cocktail hour, each with its own room and tables. They share one guest list, one menu and one client.

Add a floor plan from the event page, blank or from one of your templates, and give it a label. A reception plan seats guests at tables; a ceremony plan seats them in rows of chairs.
