How does auto-seat work?
Auto-seat places your unseated guests into open seats while following your rules. Guests who are already seated stay where they are, and guests who declined are never seated. You see the result first and nothing changes until you choose Apply.
- Choose Auto-seat. It shows how many guests it will seat, how many seats are open and which rules it will follow.
- Choose Run auto-seat.
- Look over the result, then choose Apply, or close it to keep your chart as it was.
The same guests, tables and rules always give the same result, so running it twice will not shuffle anyone.
