My planner set up the chart. Why can I not move the tables?

Because your planner chose what you can change. When a planner on PlanSeats Pro shares an event, they pick Seating only, Labels and sizes, or Full layout, and the room’s walls stay locked unless they hand those over too. Ask them to widen it; it takes one click on their side.

• Seating only: you seat, move and unseat guests. Tables stay put.
• Labels and sizes: you can also rename tables and change their seat counts.
• Full layout: you can also move, add, remove and resize tables.
