Is there a view for the venue staff and the caterer on the day?

Yes. Day-of mode is a phone view of the event in PlanSeats Pro: search a guest and see their table and seat, or open a table and see everyone at it with their meal choices and dietary flags. It is read-only and stays current as the coordinator edits.

Open it from the event page. Staff need to be signed in to your workspace, so give the maitre d’ a teammate seat for the day or run it from your own phone. See Does day-of mode work without signal?
