Can I return or reprint a printed sign?

A sign is made for you, so it depends on where the order is. Before you approve the proof, a full refund. After approval but before printing, half. Once printing starts, no refund. A sign that arrives damaged, or with an error that was not on your proof, is reprinted and shipped at no charge.
