Can I make a seating chart sign or poster?

Yes. Order printed sign in the Export menu opens the sign builder, which lays your chart out as a poster: five designs, a choice of colour schemes and typefaces, arranged by table. Download it to print yourself, or have PlanSeats print it on foam board and ship it.

The five designs are The Classic, Love Letter, Grand Estate, Whispering Vows and Modern Romance. Downloads on the free plan carry a watermark; a paid plan removes it. A sign shows table names, never bare numbers where you have named a table.

The builder does not save drafts, on purpose: it never keeps your guests’ names in the browser. Export the chart first and the sign is a few minutes’ work whenever you come back.
