How do I print my seating chart?

Export it as a PDF and print that. The PDF is vector, so it prints sharp at any size, from a letter sheet to a poster, and its text is searchable. Choose Export as PDF, check the preview, and download.

The export dialog previews the page before it downloads and warns you about anything a print would show: names too small at the size you chose, labels that overlap, a plan with no measured scale (it prints "Not to scale"), or something outside the room. Fix it or acknowledge it, then download.
