How does the floor plan import work?

PlanSeats measures the rooms first, usually in about a second. Then an AI model reads the names, printed sizes and tables, which usually takes under a minute. You review everything before it goes on your chart.

The review lists every room it will place, with its doors and its size. Rooms read as service areas or hallways start unticked: choose Keep skipped rooms if you want them.

The scale comes from what the drawing prints: a scale bar, dimension lines or a room size such as 40 by 60. When the scale is doubtful, PlanSeats asks you to confirm it before anything lands.

The AI reads your floor plan only. It never reads your guest list.
