How do I get a meal count for my caterer?
Open Export and choose Reports and cards, then the catering report. It counts every course by choice, lists dietary needs and allergies by table and seat, and counts children’s meals, so the kitchen has one sheet to cook from.
The count reads the guest sheet as it is, so fill in meal choices and unseat declined guests first. In a PlanSeats Pro workspace the same report is under the event’s documents.
