How do I record allergies and dietary restrictions?

Each guest has three fields in the guest sheet: Dietary, Allergies and Accessibility. Type what applies. Dietary and Allergies can also come in as spreadsheet columns, and both appear on the kitchen report by table and seat.

Accessibility needs (a wheelchair space, an aisle seat) are for you and the venue; put them here rather than in a name so they never print on a place card.
