How do I download my seating chart as a PDF or PNG?

Open Export and choose PDF or PNG. The file is drawn from your data at print resolution, not screenshotted, so it stays sharp at poster size. Declined guests are left out.

The same menu exports the guest list as a CSV, escort and place cards, and the kitchen reports (meal counts and dietary flags) for the caterer.
