What information can I store for each guest?
Name, email, phone and address; age group (adult, child or baby); a group; a choice for each course of your menu; dietary needs, allergies and accessibility needs; RSVP status with a note; and whether they bring a plus-one. The chart and the exports read all of it.
Open a guest in the guest sheet to edit any field; the sheet edits in place, like a spreadsheet. Contact details are for you and your planner only: nothing shared or printed shows an email or a phone number.
