How do I upgrade?

Choose Upgrade in the app, or pick a plan on the pricing page, and pay by card through Stripe. Your caps lift within a minute of checkout, usually at once, and anything that was waiting on the upgrade carries on by itself.

  1. Open the pricing page, or choose Upgrade when PlanSeats offers it at a cap.
  2. Pick the plan. Couples want Planner; people who plan events for clients want PlanSeats Pro.
  3. Pay by card on the Stripe checkout page. You are returned to PlanSeats when it is done.

If the app still shows the free plan a minute later, see I paid but PlanSeats still says I am on the free plan. What do I do?
