Who can see my guest list?

You, the collaborators you invite, and anyone you give a view-only link, who sees names and seats only. Nobody else. Your guest list is never sold, and it is never used to train AI.

The one AI feature in PlanSeats reads floor plan images to find rooms and tables. It never reads a guest list.

A view-only link shows the chart and names, never meals, dietary notes or contact details, and you can put a password on it or revoke it. The sign builder keeps nothing in your browser. The Privacy Policy has the full detail.
