How do I share my seating chart with someone who does not have an account?

Open Share and copy the view-only link. Anyone with it sees the chart and the guest list, read-only, with no account. You can add a password, set the link to expire, and revoke it at any time.

The link shows names and seats. It never shows meals, dietary notes or contact details. Revoking a link is permanent; make a new one if you need to share again.
