On the event page in PlanSeats Pro, turn on Find Your Seat and download the QR code as an image, or download a ready-made sign with the code on it: a 5 by 7 inch card or an 18 by 24 inch poster, in the page’s theme.

Print the code big enough to scan from a few feet away and put it where guests pause: the welcome table, the bar, the door of the room. The code points at the page; if you ever regenerate the link, printed codes stop working, so print last.
