Can I see how many people have said yes?
Yes. The top of the guest sheet shows the Accepted, Pending and Declined counts, and each is a filter that shows only those guests. Accepted is your headcount for the caterer.
Guests without an answer yet sit in Pending. Chase them from that filter.
