Can I see who is not seated yet?

Yes. The Unseated count at the top of the guest sheet is a filter: click it and the list shows only guests without a seat. The editor’s side panel lists the same people, ready to drag onto the chart.

The other counts work the same way: Accepted, Pending and Declined filter by RSVP, and Conflicts shows guests whose seat breaks a seating rule.
