What does a PlanSeats Pro seat mean?

A seat is one teammate in your Pro workspace. The plan includes one seat, yours. Each extra teammate is $14.99 a month, billed from the day they accept your invitation and removed from the bill when you remove them.

Invite teammates from the Team page. An invitation that has not been accepted costs nothing. A teammate can be an admin, who manages the team and the venues, or an assistant, who works on events.

The couples you invite to their own events are clients, not teammates: they never take a seat and never pay.
