What can my clients change, and what can I lock?

You pick one of three presets when you share: Seating only, where they seat guests and nothing else; Labels and sizes, which adds table names and seat counts; or Full layout, which adds moving, adding and removing tables. The room’s walls stay locked unless you switch that on separately.

Advanced toggles under the presets set each permission on its own: move tables, add tables, remove tables, resize the room, rename tables and seat counts, edit walls and rooms. Change them any time; the couple sees the new rules on their next open.

Guests are always theirs to manage. The lock is about the room you built, not the people they invite.
