How do I move a guest from one seat to another?

Drag the guest from their seat to the new one. If the new seat is taken, the two guests swap. Changes save as you make them, and undo takes the last one back, so last-minute moves on the day are safe.

You can also pick a seat from the guest’s row in the guest list, or drop a guest onto a table to take its next free seat. To take someone off the chart, drag them to the unassigned area.

A seat holds one person. If two people are dropped on the same seat at the same moment, the second one is told the seat was just taken, so a shared chart never double-books.
