How do I unseat someone?

Click the small cross on their seat, or drag them off the table into the unseated list in the side panel. They stay on the guest list with everything else intact, ready to seat again.

To unseat a whole table, delete the table and undo the delete if you want it back empty; or drag the guests off one by one. Unseat guests who have declined so the exports show only people who are coming.
