Cvent’s transition FAQ says Prismm templates, favorites and groups don’t carry over to Event Diagramming: they have to be recreated. So every venue is rebuilding its rooms somewhere. Export your floor plans while you can still open them, and we’ll do the rebuilding.
Do this for each room while you can still sign in to Prismm.
In Prismm, go to Events, pick an event set in that room, and click Select.
Go to the Seating tab and choose the floor plan you want to keep.
Click the PDF icon at the top right of the design area. Choose a page size, tick each floor plan you want, and click OK.
Start your trial, add the room, choose “A floor plan” and upload the PDF. That’s all we need.
A room here keeps every layout you sell in it: the seated dinner, the ceremony rows, the cocktail hour.
Each new event starts from a copy, so the room itself never changes.
Invite the couple or their planner. They add guests, meals and seats in your room, and can’t move a table unless you let them.

According to Cvent’s transition FAQ, new events have been created in Cvent Event Diagramming since August 26, 2026. Existing Prismm events can still be edited until June 2027, when access to Prismm ends.
Not on their own, to Cvent or anywhere else. Export each room’s floor plan as a PDF and send it to us. We rebuild the room, and you save your layouts in it once.
A PDF exported from Prismm is best. Any PDF of the room’s plan works too, or a clear photo of it.
Usually within two business days. Send your plans by Wednesday and your rooms are ready that Friday. We email you as each one is done, and the Rooms tab shows it too.
