Can I export a version for the venue staff with table numbers only?

Yes. The venue setup plan is exactly that: the room, the furniture and every table with its number or name, dimensions included, and no guest names. Choose Export as PDF and pick the setup plan.

On the day, staff with a phone can use day-of mode instead of paper: search a guest, see the table. See the Day of the event section.
