Choose Export as PNG. You set the width in pixels, up to 8,192, and get one image of the whole room with full names, an optional header and your brand name. It is the right file for a slide, a message or a website.

At a small width the names get small too; the dialog warns you when they would be hard to read at the size you picked, so pick a wider image or use the PDF for print.
