What is the difference between the seating packet and the venue setup plan?

The seating packet is for people: the chart with every table and seat, a readable list per table, and an optional alphabetical guest directory. The venue setup plan is for the room: walls, furniture, table positions and dimensions, with no guests on it. Both come from Export as PDF.

Send the setup plan to the venue and the rental company, and the seating packet to the coordinator, the caterer and the stationer. Guests who are unassigned or whose seat no longer exists are listed in the packet rather than dropped, so nothing goes missing on paper.
