Add a child like any guest and set their age group to Child, or Baby for one who needs no seat. The kitchen report counts children separately, so the caterer knows how many children’s meals to make.

A child takes a seat like an adult, so count them when you set a table’s seats. A baby in a carrier or a high chair is a Baby: on the list, at the table, no seat taken.
