How do I import couples and families as one household?

Give each person their own row, or put a head-count in the name: "Smith family x4", "The Joneses (4)" or "Smith, party of 4" becomes four guests named Smith Guest 1 to 4, ready to rename and seat together.

One row per person is the surest way, because every guest then has their own name, meal and RSVP from the start. The head-count shortcut is for a list that only knows how many are coming.
