My guest import found zero guests. What is wrong with the file?

Usually one of three things: the file is really an Excel file renamed .csv, the first row is not a header row, or names are in a column the mapping step has not been told about. Open the mapping step, set the name column, and check the first rows it shows.

Excel file in disguise: save it again as CSV UTF-8. PlanSeats reads the file’s bytes, not its name, and tells you when it finds a spreadsheet.
No header row: PlanSeats then treats every row as a guest and maps columns by position; check that the name column is set to First name, Last name or Full name.
Semicolons or tabs: fine. PlanSeats picks the separator the file uses most.
