What happens if I import the same list twice?

Nothing is duplicated. PlanSeats recognises a file it has imported before and offers Import only the new rows, on by default, so a second drop of the same file adds only guests that are not there yet.

This also means a guest you deleted by mistake comes back when you drop the original file again: only the missing rows are added. See I deleted guests by mistake. Can I get them back?

An edited spreadsheet counts as a new list and imports in full, so a name changed in the sheet arrives as a second guest rather than a rename. Rename in PlanSeats instead.
